At this moment, we are taking measures to run our basic operations from our headquarter office. Our Sales Team can provide you with any quotation you need, and our Engineering Team can process any layout request.

For regular LED product needs, we will try our best to ship out the orders you place from our warehouse in Orlando, but we are also contemplating as a backup plan shipping from overseas. For any Projects or Letter orders, operations are running smoothly for both production and shipping.

Our management team has been monitoring very closely the situation we have been facing during the last few weeks. The health and security of our teams, community, and customers are the top priority for us. Because of this, we understand that the decisions we make internally need to prepare us for a situation that could extend for weeks, or possibly even months.

In order to minimize the exposure, our team will be on a rotation that will allow key employees to be in our facility every day of the week. We have also eliminated all traveling for our employees, which includes visiting customers, going to a job site, or making local deliveries, and this will be implemented until we get clearance from the health authorities.

To continue servicing you, our overseas facilities will be operating as usual, and as long as the national and international carriers allow, we will ship the orders to you regardless of where they are shipping from. Our team will process every quotation you require or any layouts you need. We intend that you are the least affected as possible.

Caring for your safety, only our employees are allowed to come into our facility. If you need anything from our team please contact them over phone or email. To our valued local customers, we will ship your orders as well, and for the time being, we will not accommodate pick up orders. Your health is our priority and we are trying as best as we can to minimize the exposure.

Additionally, we are diligently following the guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and as a result, we are taking the following actions:

• Our team has increased their daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand-washing, the use of sanitizer, and cleaning the equipment throughout the building.

• The rotation for our key employees will allow minimizing the exposure.

• We are planning to move employees to work from home in a choreographed manner to make sure you continue to receive excellent customer service as usual.
